How to Take a Pneumatic Cylinder Apart?

• Use a screwdriver to separate the seat from the base.
•  Tap the middle of the component connecting the seat and the air cylinder with a rubber hammer. Until the air cylinder comes off the part, repeat 5-6 times.
•  Flip the base over. To loosen and separate the air cylinder from the base, tap on the middle of the base with the rubber hammer.

• We recommend applying edible oil/engine oil/rust inhibitor to the connection between the air cylinder and the claw base for lubricating.
