Disconnect all devices. nothing is connected to anything. Remove all pump connections, as well as every plug-socket. Do all of these diagnostic tests on your workbench after that. Connect the drive motor to the black colored plug-socket while the white colored floating cable is still in place. If the drive motor can turn, it is a good sign. As soon as it can, off the power. Keep the drive motor seal from burning.

If the foregoing test (3) revealed that the impeller is not spinning, Directly power the drive motor's black colored socket by using a car battery. Paper clips may also be necessary. Polarity is irrelevant. If the drive motor is working properly, it will turn either right or left.

Now it is largely obvious which component has to be replaced or if there is no problem. Before pulling the socket into the pump, either heat shrink it or wrap it in electrical tape. This stops the socket/plug connection from becoming slack or even disconnecting. Remember to lubricate each seal with sealant before replacing everything and tightening the nuts. TIGHTEN THE NUTS BUT NOT TOO TIGHT. Plastic is used for the nut and thread.
