Cast aluminum is used to construct tortilla presses for Mexican cuisine establishments. The ideal kitchen appliance for making tortillas from masa dough, you simply set the masa dough balls in the middle rollers, rotate the handle, and the tortillas are rolled out. You then cook the uncooked corn tortillas on a hot comal or griddle. In your tortilla roller press, you can manually change the tortillas' thickness as necessary.

This equipment must be completely installed on a table, wood prefered. Up to 300 tortilla per hour (depends in various factors like operator, hability, etc.)

Instructions:

• Simply take out of it's box.
•  Put the handle in screw, moving it towards you.
•   Put Freshly made Dough (masa) on top or rollers.
•   You can adjust how thick you would like your tortilla by simply moving the adjusters in the back.
•   With your left hand grab the handle and start spinning handle towards you.
•  With your right hand press the dough while you spin the handle with your Left hand towards you. 

Caution:

• When pressing the dough be careful not to put the fingers between the rollers.
•   The Tortilla Machine will start cutting the dough in a tortilla shape of 5" diameter and presenting it infront of you.
•   Simply grab the tortilla shape dough and put it on hot skillet (comal) until the dough is cooked.
