ELECTRIC SMOKER BBQ GRILL HEATING ELEMENT ADJUSTABLE THERMOSTAT CORD CONTROLLER

The coordinating heating controller and element are made for the barbecue enthusiast looking for an electric heating system that is simple to install and use when designing and building their own electric smoker or grill. If you want to incorporate a separate food warmer area, the controller and element can be added to many currently available large smokers and grills.

Depending on the size, construction, and materials used in the smoker or grill, you can adjust the temperature using the heating element and corresponding adjustable controller from about 50 F to 450 F. The removable controller attachment flange for the heating element has an easy mount flange that requires a rectangular opening of 2 5/8" by 1" in the side of your grill or smoker. The element mounting bracket can be fastened with user-supplied bolts and nuts and allows for adjustable bolt mounting from 2 34" to 3 12" on center. The heavy-duty 1500-watt element has stabilizing supports for its ends that are 2" tall and operates at standard US 110 volts.

The controller has an easy-to-adjust dial thermostat with a heating indicator light and can be unplugged from the heating element for cleaning and storage. The 52" power cord is heavy-duty yet flexible, and the controller is UL listed for year-round use of your grill or smoker in safety.

For other brands of electric smokers and grills, the River Country element and controller can be used as a general replacement. However, make sure to check your manufacturer's warranty, as well as the mounting specifications and sizing guidelines below.
