Long range 802.11ac technology is made accessible to PCs with the Alfa AWUS036ACM. It is a brand-new 867 Mbps long-range twin antenna USB adapter that works with Windows XP through Windows 10. It has two 5 dBi dual-band antennas and two RP-SMA antenna ports. The antennae can be updated and are detachable.
This is comparable to Alfa's well-known AWUS036AC model, except instead of a Realtek chipset, it has a Mediatek MT7612U chipset.
