1/2HP Rocking Piston LARGE Pond Aerator Kit w/50' WTD Hose & 2-4' RING Diffusers

• ONE: NEW industrial & "Continuous Duty" aeration pump with flow of: 3+ CFM 70 PSI, 400watt, 1/2hp Rocking Piston, 115 volt AC 60 hz. Depending on the depth of your pond, the amp draw ranges from approximately 3.5 to 4 amps. There is only one intake inlet and one exhaust port on the compressor. Pump is pre-wired and ready to plug in, hard wire into a junction box, or splice onto a power cord. Simple to complete with everyday tools. Pumps with two wires can be wired to either type of wire. Brown is hot, blue is neutral, and green is ground on a three-wire pump.
• Black Self-Weighted aeration hose measuring 50 feet in length that is strong, flexible, and simple to use. If you've ever worked with polyethylene or other similar, much stiffer hoses on the market, you'll REALLY appreciate how flexible this hose is, weighing about 22 pounds per 100 feet!
• TWO: DIFFUSERS having a combined diffusion area of around 8 feet! For effective oxygen transfer and water mixing lift, 48 inches of "RING TYPE" DIFFUSERS (16 inch diameter) are wrapped around them. Simply connect to the provided hose and place them where you want in your pond! The diffusers come with an extra tee fitting to tee off the self sink line to attach the first diffuser to, and the second one would attach to the end of the line. ****** These are not weighted and can occasionally float up to the top, so in that case you would need to attach a rock, brick, or some weighted item to it so that it can sink if it doesn't. 5/8" O.D. x 1/2" I.D. 
• One: The pump's inlet air filter!
• ONE: Use the tee fitting to tee off the sink tube to your first diffuser. Then, proceed down the tube to the following diffuser.

NOTE* - This tube is VERY thin walled to almost eliminate any back pressure that may occur.

This tubing resembles soaker hose, but it isn't since it was created specifically for aeration, which uses air pressure to produce thousands of tiny bubbles rather than water ( similar to a water pressure bubble drip line ). Even while it could appear to be the same, it is not.

• According to the manufacturer, this tubing may spread anywhere between.45 and 1.1 cubic feet of air per foot of tube.
• Accordingly, each foot of tubing would move 13 to 32 liters of air each minute.
